Ran from it's Editorial offices at Walmar House,288 Regent Street ,London under the name of "Sports Academy Ltd".

The President of Football Academy was Sir Matt Busby.The introduction was written by Allen Wade the Director of Coaching for the Football Association, so I wonder whether this is in some way part of the FA.

It is an interesting read offering coaching tips from top players such as:.

Peter Bonetti

Bill Dodgin

Eddie Baily

Jack Taylor

Terry Cooper

It was an early prototype for what the Football handbook would do 7 years later.
